Inn is very close to airport however it is not noisy at all. We arrived at 4 am to airport and were obliged to take taxi since there was no shuttle bus to bring us to inn. However, we paid some 10 usd and arrived in 5 minutes to hotel. We left safe our baggage in reception and took a look around the place. Stuff in hotel was very nice and managed a room for us at 8 am even, according to regulation, we would have receive it later, at 2 pm. Location is perfect, just 200 meters far from Isla Verde beach which is not very crowded.
Everything was fine with hotel, we cannot complain at all. However, we surprisingly discovered, it was not so cheep when we compared to other places of a higher accommodation quality. You can find hotels of higher quality, for just few dollars more and including breakfast and probably even with swimming pool.
Wow, that was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. There were hairs interwoven in my towels, in the sink, on the toilet seat. The air conditioner was taped together and I had to go to the front desk to get the staff to turn it on or off, as there was only one remote for the whole hotel. There was light streaming into my room from the window in the room which led straight to front desk. There was clearly domestic abuse going on down the hallway. Do not stay at this hotel.
The pillows were nice, other than that it was awful!
Mostly everything: Too noisy on the main route. Employees making noise in the halls all the night. Crummy interior with no amenities other than a tv. No coffee, no hygiene products other than a bar of soap. Filthy walls, crunchy towels, and shabby furniture. Better to spend another 25- 40 bucks and get some decent lodging. The staff at the reception were pleasant and helpful though.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Loud aircon...real problem was that the window was broken and would not close completely so I could also hear nextdoor's aircon unit. Very loud all night.
it was clean and they let me check in early.
my room was by the office so it was noisy. i would of liked a little more information about how to get to the airport.
Clean, efficient, friendly.
The hot water took an unconscionably long time to reach the taps aka faucets. And didn't for the morning shower. Air conditioning was noisy - which didn't prevent me from sleeping well.
The Inn is located right across the street from Charlie's Car Rental and almost right on the beach (there's a building right behind the Inn, but that's really all that separates the property from the sand) - Walgreen's and El San Juan nightlife are within walking distance - perfect! They also have someone at the front office 24hr a day - and they have to buzz you in to enter the building. I like that - although the lock on our room door was a bit weak and we didn't have a safe in the room - I did feel we were in a secure setting since the staff isn't just letting anyone in. Note - this Inn is simple/basic: clean bathroom and bed, AC, TV. No luxury but comfortable and clean.
Nothing. Nothing, and Nothing. Service is real bad. Personnel cannot solve problems and manager is never available. Rooms are clean but without facilities. Wireless service is a gimmick, signal is too weak and there is no service at all. It is a chichin motel and no a hotel for decent people, but rathert a place to sack with a hooker.
Once we go by the price difference everything was ok,,,very close to the beach (3 minutes) staff was nice rooms were clean good a/c not a 5 star but was not worried to stay there...parking included with enough parking, and if you stay on isla verde you know parking is hard! If your going to book call the hotel direct and ask for final price so you will be on same page when you get there...and yes I would stay there again
Only thing price that was quoted to me was not the price I paid when I got there the clerk said there were taxes and fee's for this and that...and she couldn't do anything about it,i really don't like dealing's like that made me feel (take it or leave it)....other than that I guess good economy hotel on the strip...
Location and price with comfort
not private refrigerator in rooms
I loved the convenience to the beach, the airport and the restaurants. Having a kitchen was also great.
There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, no safe and no tub !!
It was a reasonable price.
It couldn't have been more basic. The bed was against the wall and there was absolutely no extra room. No phone. No lock box.
Location is excellent and the facility and room was clean.
The price was high for the room quality which was not up to date. The front rooms are right infront of the busy sidewalk, therefore it is extremely noisy at all times.
The Inn is modest but pleasant. It has a well equipped kitchen and attractive sitting room which we used daily for breakfast and evening "wine time." The adjacent 2 minute walk to the beach is a big plus. The area is not trendy but we enjoyed the small, locally owned cafes. When we wanted a bit of glitz, we went to the roof lounge at the more modern hotel next door. But why hide away in an expensive high rise when you can be cool and comfortable and mix with local people.
On a main street, close to the beach, restaunts and casino..
A little too close to the main street, and somewhat noisy.
